Get up and get ready for the day! Since it is summertime and you have more freedom, set designated times for your school work, hobbies and other activities, family time, and you time. Maintain productivity and don’t let procrastination get the best of you!

Create a space for yourself

If you are able to, create a space that keeps you motivated and far from distractions. This will help you stay focused, allow you to remain relaxed, and engaged.

Communication is key

Don’t be shy! Communicate with your tutors about things such as questions, comments, or updates! You will get a better understanding of the material, and we can adjust your schedule based on your concerns! Double win!

Stay Active

Whether it’s going on walks, working-out, stretching, or even doing Tai chi, stay active! At home, you may be sedentary more than usual due to shelter in place measures. Take care of yourself physically in order to take care of yourself mentally. That way, you can perform your best academically!
